Randall Green, PT
Randy is a 1980 graduate from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. In 1989, he opened Saline County Physical Therapy in Benton. Randy is a native of Malvern, AR. He is an active member of Rotary Club International and is also involved with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Arkansas Physical Therapy Association (ArPTA), Benton Chamber of Commerce, and First Baptist Church in Benton. He enjoys golf and spending time with his wife, Debbie; son, Ryan; daughter-in-law, Sarah; grandson, Payne; son-in-law, Baxter and daughter, Allison.
Robin Dyer, PT
Robin is a 1994 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy who has recently joined the staff at Saline County Physical Therapy. Robin has over 16 years of professional experience in the areas of acute and outpatient physical therapy, with interest in treatment of orthopedic/sports injuries and neurological diseases. She has experience with pediatric through geriatric patient populations; training in aquatic therapy; and recent certification of the Bioness L300 Footdrop System and H200 Hand Rehabilitation System. Robin and her husband, Jeff have a son, Drew and daughter, Abby.
Britni Barnes

Britni is a 2004 graduate of Benton High School and has worked for Randy since 2008. She enjoys camping and fishing with her husband, Chase and 3 year old daughter, Aubrie.
Megan Johnson
Receptionist
Megan is a 2009 graduate of Benton High School and has been the receptionist since October 2009. She loves spending quality time with her fiancee, Josh, and her family.
Austin Howe
High School Intern
Austin is currently a Senior at Benton High School and hopes to pursue a career in the medical field after graduating. He enjoys working out and hanging out with friends.
